Aikido:

Saturdays! We have class at 8am - ugh. Don't worry about the attacks. Lots of people have trouble. We're always taught that aggression is bad. (But a strike isn't really going to hurt anyone anyway.) And it's better than the ones who want to prove their tough by doing it unnessarily fast and hard when they're beginners, and you can't really throw them as hard as their strikes.
